Ms. Cook received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University in 1996. In 1998, she earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Ms. Cook was admitted to practice law in 1998 and joined the firm in October of that year.

Ms. Cook has concentrated her practice on general litigation defense and the defense of public entities and their employees. Ms. Cook’s experience includes litigation of state tort and civil rights claims for both private and public entity defendants. Her experience also includes the defense of public entities on issues of zoning and land use as well as employment-related issues.

Ms. Cook is a member of the American, Colorado, and El Paso County Bar Associations, the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
